Ms. Elston is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with a Master of Science in nursing from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, and a Bachler of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She has also completed a Post Master's degree in Psychiatry and is board certified as an ARNP in both Family Practice and Psychiatry. Ms. Elston has over nine years’ experience as a Family and Psychiatric ARNP and has worked in virtually every nursing specialty, including ICU/ER, and Peds/PICU/NICU. Furthermore, she has supervisory experience and has taught nursing at a local college.

Ms. Elston spent several years at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington working in utilization and quality review, helping to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations. She has performed psychiatric and guardianship evaluations for both private and public entities. Furthermore, Ms. Elston has a strong background in substance use/abuse treatment and medication management, especially in co-occurring (mental health) disorders. She is passionate about assisting patients who have substance use disorders achieve sobriety and regain functional lives.
